Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason, and receive a refund. If you want to cancel your order, please do so quickly, most of our products ship within 2-4 business days. Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to a minimum 20% ($10 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or over-sized items that ship via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges.
You must receive a confirmation of your cancellation either by email or over the phone for it to be officially cancelled.
