Changes and Cancellations


You may cancel your order for any reason, and receive a refund. If you want to cancel your order, please do so quickly. Small parts orders generally ship within 1 to 2 days. The delivery of complete system orders will depend on current sales volumes and generally take 1 week to 3 weeks. During periods of high demand, delivery times can run longer. If your system order is time sensitive and you will need a rush or expedited delivery, please contact our sales representative at 704-827-8770. Cancellations or refusals of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to a minumum 20% ($10 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or oversized items that ship via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges. Cancellations of complete systems must be made before the day of shipping and will be subject to an 8% restocking fee.

You must receive a confirmation of your cancellation either by email or over the phone for it to be officially cancelled.

NOTICE: Due to the unprecedented events caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our delivery lead times for complete system orders has increased to 3-5 weeks. Small parts orders are still typically shipping between 1-2 days.
