Shipping Methods

Smaller shipments are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Priority Mail.

Larger or heavier orders may ship via freight carrier.

All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and shipping zone and are determined in real time using UPS WorldShip and USPS databases at checkout.

Address Accuracy

SodaParts / Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or mis-shipped packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order.

International Shipping (Canada Only)

SodaParts ships internationally to Canada only.

International shipments may require additional transit time due to customs clearance. Shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, or other customs-related fees.

Customers are responsible for notifying SodaParts / Soda Dispenser Depot of any required customs documentation. Upon request, a pro-forma invoice will be provided for submission to Canadian customs authorities to determine applicable fees. All customs duties, taxes, and government fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Freight Delivery & Damage Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery, before the delivery driver leaves.

If visible damage is present:

• The delivery receipt must be signed “DAMAGED”
• Photographs of the damage must be taken immediately

This documentation is required to assist SodaParts / Soda Dispenser Depot in filing a freight claim with the carrier. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, SodaParts’ / Soda Dispenser Depot’s ability to assist with a claim is extremely limited.

All shipments are properly packed and banded to reduce the risk of damage. SodaParts / Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.

Shipping Liability

SodaParts / Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they have been tendered to the carrier.
